Roy used to have Programmer's Haven as a non Religion, non Governmental views site. That was fine with me, but I just now noticed on this newer fourm that after 500 posts, posters are labeled as God.

I doubt that Athiest would mind such labeling, but those who follow the Jesus's way of life would be dead set against it, like me for one.

When they placed the label of King on Elvis, He said don't call me King, there is only one King, King Jesus.

Of all the words to use for labeling, God is not one of them, unless you want to keep the Christians out.

If you are not wanting to keep the Christians out, words like SuperMan, or any of the Super heros would be fitting.

Anyway, something to ponder on.

Sort of an insenstive choice huh? (I'd have picked 'top blabber-mouth', chuckle.) Likely its just the default the forum software uses. Garrett will take care of this Jerry, you can bank on him.

Yup, I'll see if I can change that. I'd still like to avoid religious and political issues around here as much as possible. But I'm hoping that we're all adult enough that if such things are touched upon that we'll all handle ourselves with respect and some honor.

I wish that religional stuff stays out of this place as much as possible. Seems like even talking about it, is #1 reason for many bad things. Specially now when peoples here are from so different corners of this rock called earth.
