 Rebol
« Thread Started on Oct 23, 2009, 2:29pm »

I've been dabbling in a lot of different languages for a long time. Constantly jumping between them has slowed development on projects I'm working on, but, that's just my way.
Just a few days ago, I took a look at Rebol, and, am mightily impressed.
Looking at a lot of the code, the feeling comes, that this is the obvious way to do it.
It's definitely brought back the excitement in programming.

Rebol is actually pretty solid and versatile for sure. I hear ya on the jumping around languages too as I myself do that every so often, as well I think many others fall into that once in a while also.

The only thing that turned me off to Rebol was the lack of ability to take on the native GUI elements for Windows, other than that, there's not a thing wrong with Rebol.
